Methodology

Mostly, we follow iterative project life cycle model, because it is naturally, while developing custom software, to have changes in software requirements and that is why waterfall model not acceptable.
The project requirements analysis also give us a vision how to achieve the result and what methodology to choose. Among the methodologies that can be used to develop your project there are:

• Agile: Scrum, XP;
• RUP;
• OpenUP.

Actually, for each specific project our manager uses the most appropriate methodology or a mix of the to:

• deliver on time and within the budget;
• make more for less time and money;
• forestall and minimize risks;
• be ready for possible change requests;
• provide permanent quality control.
